Turnaround Time for Orders
On average, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time that they are received. When items are unavailable or out of stock, shipment may be delayed until all items are in stock. A member of our customer support team will contact you if there are back orders or other delays.
Orders placed online may not be processed until the following business day, so we encourage customers to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with expedited concerns.
KAVAPLEX ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS), through UPS and through DHL. For orders shipping with UPS service, you must provide a physical address—no PO boxes for UPS packages.
TRU KAVA does not guarantee same-day shipping. Unless otherwise specified, we will do our best to find the most cost-effective and appropriate shipping method for the items that you have ordered.
When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please keep in mind that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. They do not include our turnaround times which average 3 business days or less. Only UPS Next Day, Second Day and 3-Day offer guaranteed transit times, and we expedite processing to the best of our ability. USPS Priority or First Class Mail transit times are not guaranteed and their processing is not expedited. Holiday and weather delays do occur, and are beyond our control. For the most updated information on transit times, please consult our web site or the site of your shipping carrier of choice.
Returns & Refund Policy KAVAPLEX Products
At TRU KAVA, we take great pride in our kava products. We would love for our product to help as many people as possible but we know in some instances a customer might not be totally satisfied with the results. In that case, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of KAVAPLEX, please let us know via email at email@example.com and we will do all we can to satisfy your concerns or issues with the purchase.
If you purchased your product from one of our authorized resellers, please contact this same reseller to process your return. (Please note, this warranty does not extend to purchases from unauthorized resellers).
If you purchased your product directly from us, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible:
Please provide your name, order number, shipping address, and the name and lot code of the product to be returned. Having this information will help us serve you more effectively.
We will work to meet your needs by either replacing your item or refunding your purchase price for the product in question.

- We are unable to accept returns for products that were delivered more than 90 days prior to return request.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part.
- This warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized sellers on Amazon.com, eBay.com, or other third-party marketplace websites.
